Karma Hefner is a powerhouse in the world of medical aesthetics, with over three decades of experience in the medical industry since 1992 and more than 20 years specializing in advanced aesthetics. She holds two nursing degrees, an MBA, and a Master Aesthetic Instructor License, making her a rare blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and educational leadership.

Karma has worked under the guidance of some of the industry’s most respected plastic and cosmetic surgeons and is known for setting the gold standard in aesthetic training. As the founder of MD Aesthetics and The Million Dollar Academy, she developed a hands-on, one-on-one training experience that helps students build not only skill—but sustainable, high-earning businesses.

She has authored curriculum for two accredited aesthetics schools and several elite training academies and is currently pursuing two advanced master’s degrees to expand her reach and influence in the field of aesthetics education.

Karma is also the heart behind the Karma Rocks Movement, a passion project dedicated to helping people better themselves so they can better the lives of others—blending self-worth, personal growth, and compassion into every part of her work.

Off the clock, Karma is married to her best friend, Jeff Hefner, and is a proud dog lover and cockatoo mom. Her life is equal parts hustle and heart, with a mission to empower, educate, and elevate others with authenticity and purpose.

Nicole Atkinson is a highly sought-after Master Nurse Injector and co-owner of MD Aesthetics, a premier med spa and aesthetic training center. With over 14 years of nursing experience and 7 years dedicated to the field of medical aesthetics, Nicole has earned a reputation for delivering natural, balanced results with an artistic eye and expert precision.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Nicole graduated from Inola High School and began her career in the beauty industry after earning a cos metology degree. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue nursing, graduating from TCC with an Associates Degree in Nursing and later completing her BSN at Rogers State University. She spent the majority of her nursing career in the ICU before transitioning to aesthetic medicine, where she found her true calling.

Nicole specializes in a wide range of injectable treatments and advanced facial balancing techniques. She not only performs these procedures with care and skill, but also trains fellow professionals, sharing her knowledge and passion for aesthetics. Nicole is especially passionate about MD Aesthetics’ training academy, where she is dedicated to helping students become confident, skilled, and successful in their careers. Her goal is to provide the best learning experience possible and help others master the art of the industry.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Dakota, and their children. She loves to travel, explore new places, and deeply values quality family time.
